Move it move it move it
This week has been going well diet wise and picking up excercise wise as of today. I have to say, I started this week with determined focus and with the help of myfitnesspal tracking my nutrition has been easier. Today was a good day in the gym on the weights. Working a circuit to build a good base. If all stays on track I will be off to run tonight. The true test will be this drill weekend which presents good fun....who also present good food and drink. So we shall see how I do.
